I knew Dr. Tammie on a personal basis before coming to work for her in June of 2012.  While playing a round of golf, Dr. Tammie, knowing that I had worked in the OB/GYN field for many years stated “I’d like to get you in my office”.  The opportunity arose, she gave me a call, and I was working in her office the very next day.  I worked for OB/GYN Associates in Joplin for 8 years and then 5 more years a second time.  I had worked for Freeman Health System for 18 years before coming to work with Dr. Tammie.  My job responsibilities are basically making sure everything runs smoothly in the office.  I file insurance, do follow up with insurance, pay bills, order supplies, attend conferences, and keep up to date on new rules and regulations.  I am involved in a  little bit of most everything in the office.  I really enjoy the people I work with and this is a great office.  Dr. Tammie is very supportive of her staff, and because of her support I feel that we all put in the extra effort to do her a good job.
Delanie Clifford
Delanie CliffordRegistered Nurse
I have lived in the Northeast Oklahoma area most of my life.  I attended Cleora School until the 8th grade, then graduated from Afton High School.  After High School I went to the Northeast Technology Center in Afton where I received my Licensed Practical Nurse certificate.   Over the next few years I attended Rogers State University and NEO A&M college and received my associate degree in Science.  My first nursing job was at Integris in Miami as a Labor & Delivery, Postpartum and Newborn Nursery nurse. I worked there for 3 years when Dr Tammie asked me to come to work for her.  I worked full time for Dr Tammie until 2010 when I went back to school at NEO A&M and completed the LPN to RN Fast Track Program.  I have been Dr Tammie’s nurse for a little over 6 years, we have a wonderful personal and professional relationship.  I love my job, my co-workers and cannot imagine working in an area other than women’s health.

My Name is Jordan Murphy. I have lived in the Miami area for most of my life. I graduated from Commerce High School in 2008. I then went on to NEO and graduated from there with my associate’s degree in Science. I started working for Dr. Koehler in August of 2012.  After working here for two years I decided that I wanted to return to school and further my education in nursing. While going to school I worked for Miami Women’s Clinic on a part- time basis. I graduated from Afton Vo-tech LPN program in June of 2015. Nursing is my passion and I love working in the women’s health care field. We are a family here at Miami Women’s clinic and we work together to take care of our patients. I am very blessed to be a part of this awesome team and love working for Dr. Koehler.

My name is Erica Sundberg, I’m a receptionist at Miami Women’s Clinic.  I have lived in Miami all of my life.  I graduated from Miami High School in 2003 and went to work for Integris Health shortly after graduation.  I worked as an Accounting Clerk from January 2004 until May of 2013.  At that time, I decided that it was time for a change and I wanted to work in the clinical setting.  I began working for Larry Walther PA-C as a Department Assistant. I started working for Dr. Tammie in November of 2014 and have loved every minute of it.  It is a great feeling when you love who you work for and work with.  I love working in women’s health and enjoy interacting with our patients during the time we see them in the office.  My job can definitely be challenging at times, but is also rewarding knowing that we as a team have done the best we could to serve our patients.  I feel very blessed to work with such an amazing group of women and can’t imagine working anywhere else.

Amanda JenkinsReceptionist
My name is Amanda Jenkins; I am a receptionist here at Miami Women’s Clinic. I have lived in South East Kansas my whole life, graduating from Riverton in 2010. After high school I attended Labette Community College and Pittsburg State University studying in the medical field but decided not to pursue a degree. For the past last 10 years I have worked as a Server/Bartender. In November I decided it was time for a change, knowing I have always wanted to work in a medical setting. This receptionist job became open at the right time and almost seemed to be fate. I love working here at Miami Women’s Clinic. Dr. Tammie and the rest of the staff are like family and I have felt welcomed since day one! I could not imagine a better fit.
